Police Brutality @ UC Berkeley after crowds of students and community members show up to show their solidarity for a group of 43 students who barricaded themselves inside of Wheeler Hall and declared class was cancelled.

Students surround Wheeler Hall and Library in
solidarity with students occupying Wheeler Hall and in an attempt to
stop more police from entering. Contrary to most media reports the 43 students did not break into Wheeler Hall in the morning. The students hid Thursday night when the building was being closed in. They spent the night in the building and began to barricade themselves in around 4AM. 3 Students were beaten and arrested around 5 or 6AM when police snuck into the basement from an underground tunnel connected to an adjacent building.
