This is an urgent call for the urgent organization of Arab and international mass campaigns worldwide to lobby UC Security Council members states, foremost the US not to use the right to veto and to endorse the Goldstone report, and to undertake appropriate punitive measures against Israel.

The current membership of the Security Council includes Federation of Russia, US, UK, France and China (Permanent members), Uganda, Vietnam, Burkina Faso, Japan, Turkey, Libya, Mexico (non-permanent members).

We propose that our campaign call for the following actions:

· Signature collection on petitions to respective countries·

Organizations of delegates to meet with ambassadors of above mentioned countries·

Organization of peaceful rallies and demonstrations in front of embassies of those countries.·

Calling upon human rights organizations to join the campaign, as well as writers and journalists.·

Mobilization of Palestine solidarity movements and organizations worldwide to join or coordinate with the campaign.·

Wide distribution of the Goldstone report, preferably with translation·

Publication of call for the campaign in the press of Security Council member states·
