An overall weariness seems to have settled with Palestine solidarity
activists. The news of the attack on the Gaza Freedom Flotilla by
Israeli forces that came early Monday morning was far less shocking
among those who have kept up with Israel’s track record over the past
years than it should have been. Although the attack was in
international waters, on unarmed international civilians, and entirely
illegal, Israel’s war crimes are starting to become old news as the
Israeli government continues to get away with its abuses.

Toronto area residents protest in front of the Israel Embassy, and then take to the streets to show their support for Gaza and to protest Israel's piracy and illegal blockade. This protest comes almost a week after Israeli pirates murdered 9 humanitarian workers trying to deliver aid to Gaza.

 June 07, 2010 — last month I got medications I have been cut off of since 2004 I need for illnesses & dystonia convulsions,not right ones yet but we will get me there. At 12:45 pm June 5, 2010, & able to speak, I thought I might be able to make the Protests for the Gaza Flotilla masscre by Israel, which I cried for 2 days over & to Break the Seige of Gaza.

Here, In Austin Texas in front of Whole Foods, at Sixth Street and
Lamar, we spent the afternoon of the Memorial Day Massacre in protest
of Israel's murderous massacre of 19 Peace Volunteers who were killed
in an illegal raid on May 31, 2010.

The terrorist state of
Israel boarded the ships in INTERNATIONAL waters and committed
unspeakable acts of violence against humanitarian workers and
activists. We stand in solidarity with the Freedom Flotilla, all of
Palestine and against these acts of violence.

San Francisco demonstrates against Israeli Navy storming
humanitarian aid ships headed for the besieged Gaza Strip killing at
least 9 people. The ships were in international waters when they were
attacked. Cities around the world hold similar demonstrations denouncing
Israel's use of deadly force on practically unarmed civilians(sling
shots, marbles, and a few metal rods were found).

Demonstrators
march on the sidewalk and take the street at about 1:20 . I
had advocated to take the streets earlier when a Code Pink activist
got in my face and said "You got a problem?".

This spring,
the Free Gaza Movement is sending at least six boats to Gaza to break Israel’s
illegal blockade on 1.5 million Palestinians. This blockade constitutes an act
of collective punishment, a crime prohibited under international humanitarian
law. Gaza's man-made and internationally perpetuated crisis is set to deepen as
Egypt builds an Iron wall 30 meters deep and 20 meters high on the southern
Rafah border, closing off the final route for Palestinians to get basic
supplies.
