Posting Pictures

I remember Goldie posting about this, I can't find it. I remember u saying put in URL from where the picture is hosted elsewhere. I did from google and nothing shows. Prior I got one in no problem, with the Gilderdale case. I trying to remember now how I did, and this time not working, besides the fact I left the update as a comment not a new post as it's an article on the case.
someone leave an answer, pls, will check it out another time.

Uploading directly to our site has not been enabled for a variety reasons.
A) there are plenty of free places to post videos & images
B) I'm trying to be cheap on our bandwidth cost
C) if we get hacked down no one loses their content this way
... but mostly B

trying to post a picture i made, and i can't get it to go. can't see it in the preview. posted it on picasa and got the full page URL and pasted it into first the "tree" did not work, then the "embed media" did not work for me.

right click on the image you want to embed.
select soemthing that sounds like
Copy Image Location
Paste the image location (NOT THE PAGE)
into the space for the image when you click the little tree like thing between to the anchor and the whisk broom

For Blog posts there is a pre collapsed input area called "Embed Media" that has a a place to paste in the URL of your image.
OR
Using the icons available in the text editor.
Click the TREE that is between the ANCHOR and the WHISK BROOM to insert paste in your image URL.
