G20 Queen & Spadina Protestors Casandra & Janet
June 27, 2010, late afternoon near Queen and Spadina. Casandra & Janet talk about protesting prior at the Detention Center regarding the arrest of Emomotimi Azorbo, who is deaf and was attacked by police, beaten and arrested. They talk about other issues important to them, including Abortion rights, poverty, and talk of the destruction of property by anarchists the day prior, and coming out on a more peaceful day, so they thought, as did I.
