About Me

I'm an investigative reporter based in New York City. I currently produce and co-anchor Let Them Talk on Manhattan Neighborhood Network, live Tuesdays at 8 PM on channel 56. Let Them Talk is an interview show with guests highlighting politics, art and culture. I'm also a member of the board of directors of the Yippie Museum at 9 Bleecker St. in New York City. The Yippies were founded in the 1960s by Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, Paul Krassner, Stew Albert and others to bring a sense of humor to the anti-Vietnam War movement. Their creative capers included running a pig named Pigasus for President in 1968, organizing a protest to "levitate the Pentagon" and being beat up and arrested by Mayor Richard Daley's cops in Chicago during the Democratic National Convention. The Yippies survive in New York as organizers of various rallies and protests against war of all kinds. The museum and coffee shop is accredited by the New York State Board of Regents and has many exhibits and events about the Yippies and their work.

I'm also involved with Pacifica radio, Democracy Now!, WBAI-FM, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, American Urban Radio Networks and WWRL-AM. My work has been published in Penthouse, In These Times, Newsday, the Village Voice, New York Press, various community newspapers, High Times, Heads, Cannabis Culture, Z Magazine, The Guardian, Anderson Valley Advertiser and the Anchorage, Alaska Press. I'm co-author of the book "The Ibogaine Story: Report on the STATEN ISLAND PROJECT" and I've been quoted in numerous books and articles
