West Elementary Principal Lynette Gorman (one of the 6 indicted by the special Steubenville Grand Jury) had her charge of failing to report child abuse or child neglect in regard to an alleged rape that happend in April 2012 which went unreported until September 2012, in which she allegedly received information about a party and the alleged crime was dropped earlier today.
Gorman must complete 40 hours of community service and must speak with school teachers and administrators in the school district bout recognizing child abuse, and reporting it immediately in the future as part of an agreement with the state in exchange for charges being dropped.
Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine released the following statement about today's agreement:
"The resolution reached today is in the best interests of the Steubenville community as the area continues to heal and move forward," said Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine. "Ms. Gorman will be part of the work that is being done in Steubenville to educate students and school officials about the seriousness of sexual assault and the need to report these incidents.
"We want something positive to come out of this tragedy.
"The interests of the community are served by having the principal acknowledge that she should have done things differently. And, she acknowledges how very important it is to report child abuse and neglect. This will make a difference in the future. The reality is that because the charge was a fourth degree misdemeanor, and she has no prior record, had this case gone to trial, the most that could possibly come out of this is that she would have been sentenced to a short amount of jail time, with no acknowledgement that she did things wrong and no ability to move forward."
Ma'lik Richmond, one of the Steubenville boys found delinquent for the August 2012 rape of a 16 year old West Virgninia girl has been released from a juvenile detention facility following the completion of a one year sentence imposed upon him by visiting judge Thomas Lipps back in March. Richmond's sentence was to include time served for his house arrest between August and November 2012.
His co defendant, Trent mays received one year (including time served) for the rape of the girl, as well as an additional year sentence for distributing naked photos of the victim from his cell phone.
Both Teens also received a Tier II Teen Sex Offender Classification in which both teens wil have to register as sex offender every 6months for the next 20 years, but their names will not appear on any registry unlike adult offenders. Both Mays and Richmond have the option to petition the courts to fully remove their Tier II classification following the serving of their sentences and based on their rehabilitation.
Richmond's Attorney, Walter Madison released this statement to media over the weekend on behalf of his client and family:
In the revolution, and our quest to change this world for the better we often see the musicians on the front lines, as well as your friendly independent media folk, but we rarely see or pay attention to the writers. The poets, and visionaried who put their thoughts to paper and out on the stage. I recently had a chance to chat with attorney Jason Flores Williams about his writing, and a special event he's doing on January 14, 2014 in Brooklyn New York.

JFW: More than a year and a half ago I was cut down by a rare auto-immune disease where my own system tried to kill me--the metaphorical possibilities are almost endless. (A withering system within the context of a withering system.) With help of loving friends and family--I kept fighting so that last week I was able to go skiing for the first time in two years, get in a terrible wreck, dislocate my shoulder and break my thumb.
Regarding the law practice, the law office will once again fully operational here in Santa Fe by the end of March 2014. I have a major drug trial with serious due process, asset forfeiture and Sixth Amendment constitutional issues--see below--set February 17, 2014 in Roswell, NM. The media is calling it--"The Real Breaking Bad"-- should anyone be interested.

It's over. It's finally over. After 16 months after the initial rape of 16 year old Jane Doe in August 2012, The Steubenville Grand Jury ended it's investigation into individuals who may have commited additional crimes during the initial rape investigation. 16 long months for Steubenville residents, and a very long and ridiculous social media shit show for main stream media, activists, anonymous soldiers, and those who just donned a mask in December to support the rape victim.
4 more individuals were indicted today bringing the grand total of those indicted to 6.
On the night of the eviction. I had left a spokes council to head back to Global Revolution studios. The streets looked wet, and I called a good friend of mine form back home. After 3 months of Occupy Wall Street, most of my personal relationships were frayed, and I had been trying to mend my relationships old friends not in NYC. As I walked I saw lines of NYPD vans stream past me towards the park. It wasn’t unusual, until I noticed that all the vans were full. Each van had cops pressed shoulder to shoulder in them.
I told my friend I had to go and called back to the park to advise members of the media team what I had seen. They told me everything seemed fine back at the park, but I decided not to go to the studio and jumped a train to Liberty…just in case. When I arrived at the park it was cool. The air brisk, and the usual wanderings of people milling, people had taken to coming into the park later and later, some not even staying at all as the temperatures dropped. I checked in with the media team I was working with and they reported nothing unusual. I relaxed. Every night was paranoia. Every night was our last night.
First off, let me apologize for using those terms, left & right. What I mean by that is Anarcho-Communists and Anarcho-Capitalists.
What I mean by 'circular argument' is that it just goes around and around, always returning where it started, with no resolutions or agreements made. No further understanding is achieved either. Usually, neither side understands how in the world the other can believe what they believe. Let me be one of the few to say, I understand BOTH sides & I think that we argue with more platitudes than realistic statements.
One of the biggest issues there lies in the time setting of the discussion. I often find Anarcho-Capitalists will discuss life in a time AFTER government has been abolished, anarchy has been accepted as the most moral way of life, & communities are deciding amongst themselves what their rules should be (unanimously). Anarcho-Communists will discuss life in a time that is either BEFORE government has been abolished or DURING the abolishment of government. In the discussion of life before government is abolished, they usually seem to argue for a conversion from our current governing structure into communism, then just pull the leaders out afterward (I know I'm hacking the argument apart to a very bare bones view, but stick with me here). In the discussion of life during the abolishment of government, they're usually explaining that the conversion into anarchy would inherently (in their belief) go straight into communism, but without any leaders.
At first glance (& if you've never watched one of these arguments amongst anarchists happen) you might not see why that matters. So I hope I can lay out the arguments & dissect it accordingly so it all makes sense. I'll attempt to do so using the arguments as they usually happen when I'm in them.
THE ARGUMENT BEGINS!
Deric Lostutter Has been caught in more lies regarding his visit to rehab, who he's claimed to have donated to and fundraising.
His Legal fund has been restarted in which he now asks for $6,000 a day from his supporters.
Recently we gained access to his private instagram in which photos showing Lostutter flaunting cash, and expensive stays at The Hilton Hotel during a time in which he claimed he was "in rehab" surfaced over the weekend. The Pictures also show Lostutter enjoying expensive room service, while other anons who have actually been charged with a crime or who have already been convicted struggle for resources to support themselves. These photos also explain why Lostutter was tweeting and using facebook while supposedly in rehab.
All the local rehab facilities near Lostutter last month had confirmed that they do not offer a 5 day rehab progra, nor do they allow their inpatients access to electronic devices or social media while under their care.

Walter Rhinaman's 20 year old daughter Hannah, has also been indictmed by the Special Steubenville grand jury on charges of (2 counts)Receving stolen property and (one count) theft. All three charges are 5th degree felonies, and the charges are unrelated to her father's indictment.
Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine's office says "the charges are related to incidents that happened within the walls of the Steubenville City Schools, and not related to the Steubenville Rape Case."
"The grand jury had come across the evidence on the charges."
Miss Rhinaman could face up to 3 years in prison. You can read the Indictment Here.
Hannah was a Steubenville School employee who worked 188 hours at $7.70/hr on a purchases contract from August 20 thru September 12, 2012 assisting the Technology Department setting up computer labs, and updating software.
Miss Rhinaman's Facebook account didn't directly address the charges, but 2 posts made within an hour stated:
"I wish the federal government would leave my family alone." and "I love how popular I am now that on the national news....Fuck Off."
Both Walter(Pretrial Hearing) and Hannah Rhinaman (Arraignment) will be appearing before Judge Cosgrove on Friday Morning at 11 AM
The Steubenville Grand Jury has adjourned on another break until an unspecified time.
Holy shit what a day! The day began with a rude awakening courtesy of the RCMP. Yep the pigs raided a 2 week old blockade of some fracking equipment owned by SWN. If you need some background watch my report about the blockade before the raid or read my twitter feed for my updates from today. A video report should be up early next week, but in the meantime, here’s a photo essay. Big ups to all the brave warriors defending the land!
That's the attitude from members of Anonymous all across the country as well as supporters of the group all over the internet today and in the recent days. Deric Lostuttter began once again seeking media attention by doing media interviews on behalf of Anonymous, and the organizers of #opmaryville. An operation to bring justice to a teenage victim and her family after a sexual assault occured by football players in a tiny Missouri town
The victim and her family brought charges against Players on the high school football team, but those charges were promptly dismissed by local prosecuting attorneys(citing lack of evidence and the victims refusal to cooperate), and the victim's home was burnt to the ground prompting the family to get out of town. Maryville's Local sherrif quoted as saying that "they did all that they could, but charges were dropped due to lack of evidence and the victim and her family just need to get over it and move on." The victim and her family accuse the sherriff and prosecutors of lying, and deny not cooperating.

If Lostutter is making the amount of money listed in the above pic, why does he need donations? COuld this be Lostutter counting donation money he claims he has no access to?

Ohio Attorney General, Mike Dewine announced an hour ago that the first indictment in the ongoing special Steubenville grand jury came back.
A Steubenville IT(Information Technology) School employee, 53 year old William Rhinaman was indicted on charges of Tampering with evidence (3rd degree felony), Obstructing Justice (5th degreee felony), Obstructing official business (2nd degree misdemeanor), and perjury ( a 3rd degree felony).
This indictment came as a suprise to everyone as the grand jury only met one day on Friday and was on a month's break following their last meeting. Media was alerted last week to expect indictment announcements around the week of October 21st.
Not much information was given upon request as to how the grand jury came to their findings warranting an indictment of Mr. Rhinaman, just that " Rhinaman committed those offenses." The Ohio Attorney General's office did not care to elaborate on that statement despite multiple questions on the phone by myself.
It is also my understanding the grand jury is still an ongoing investigation with more possible indictments coming.
As of the time of writing this blurb, Mr. Rhinaman had been arrested once the indictment was made formal and is expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
A story about perspective on childhood:
A friend I’ve known for over a decade, whose indigenous to the lands I now call home, saw this high school kid fall off his bicycle. The kid fell backwards, and his helmet slipped towards his nose. My friend, whose recent birthday inched him towards forty, said he watched the EMT’s lift this teenager into an ambulance and hoped he was ok. Later we learned the kid died, and this big brown man’s voice quivered, “Oh no,” He tipped against the wall and started sobbing. He wept at this complete strangers death. I watched unsure of how to react and just told him I was there for him. A few hours later he walked up and hugged me, said, “I’m sorry. Where I’m from, so many young people die.”

Ma'lik Richmon's new public defender has filed an appeal on his Tier II Sex Offender status placed upon him by Judge Thomas Lipps earlier last month. Richmond was found delinquent in the rape of a 16 year old girl in March 2013 and was sentenced to one year in a juvenile sex offender facility. His co-defendant, Trent Mays was also labeled a Tier II sex offender, and was sentenced to 2 years at the same facility.
Both teens as registered Tier 2 Juvenile offenders, aren't listed on any publicly accessible offender databases, and can request that their statuses as sex offenders can be removed entirely based on their rehabilitation.
As if the Steubenville case, and it's figurehead couldn't get any more creepy. Sadly it did with Deric Lostutter drunkenly creating a tiny chat room and imploring the public from twitter to join the chat. (oddly enough his Facebook following wasn't invited to the party)
The Steubenville Grand Jury which went on break earlier this month, won't be resuming anytime soon.
Investigators are waiting for forensic evidence from computers and cell phones being conducted by third parties including Microsoft according to Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine.
The Steubenville Grand Jury has only met 11 times since it's calling on April 15, 2013. The grand jury is hearing (and weighing) evidence against other individuals who may have committed additional crimes during the August 2013 rape of a 16 year old girl, as well as, if school officials and others knew of the rape, but did not report it.
Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond were found delinquent on the rape and are teen registered Tier II sex offenders currently serving their sentences.
There is no word on a set date for the grand jury to reconvene.

Deric Lostutter/Ky Anonymous is at it again. This time telling concerned citizens and anons asking for transparency when it comes to his donations to "Suck a dick."
Lostutter made around $60,000 in donations for a legal fund to fight an indictment which hasn't come in over 4 months.(around $6,000 of that fund was confimed to have been refunded.) The Legal Fund was quickly pulled offline after the refunds and a remaining $53,0000 was left in an account which Lostutter will have to pay taxes according to Wepay tems of service.
Lostutter has raised money to start his own business, and then also raised an unknown amount of money for personal use. It is these funds which have been called into questions not only by donors, but members of anonymous, the media, and concerned citizens believing that Lostutter is simply conning folks out of money at this point.
When repeatedly asked earlier this evening about making his donations transparent, Lostutter attacked the twitter accounts asking for transparency, and said when "he's ordered by law to post his donations, he will until then, Kindly go suck a dick."
Doesn't sound like the man who once claimed to be the champion of a 16 year old rape victim, or someone who believed in changing the world.
Lostutter also claiming no one knew his role in anon before so the haters should shut up. It's a known fact through Ky's own words that he "was just a pr guy for anonymous" the guys who waves at the camera, and is no hacker. (despite most members of anonymous refusing to be on camera) Lostutter has repeated this claim for months now, and even to this journalist in twitter conversations going back the last few months.
Lostutter also requested $800 in donations to move when his girlfriend threw him out, which also begs the question where did all thiose personal fund donations go?

Ma'lik Richmond was back in court this morning to learn that he must register as a Teen Tier II sexual offender just like his co-defendant in the rape of a 16 year old girl, Trent Mays. (click the link for related story)
According to the Ohio Bar Association, a Tier 2 offender "includes those who have been convicted of offenses such as gross sexual imposition with a victim under 13 years old, pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor when the offender is four or more years older than the victim. Adult offenders must register every 180 days for 25 years; juvenile offenders must register for 20 years."
