Charges Dropped Against Lynette Gorman in Steubenville Grand Jury Indictment

West Elementary Principal Lynette Gorman (one of the 6 indicted by the special Steubenville Grand Jury) had her charge of failing to report child abuse or child neglect in regard to an alleged rape that happend in April 2012 which went unreported until September 2012, in which she allegedly received information about a party and the alleged crime was dropped earlier today.
Gorman must complete 40 hours of community service and must speak with school teachers and administrators in the school district bout recognizing child abuse, and reporting it immediately in the future as part of an agreement with the state in exchange for charges being dropped.
Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine released the following statement about today's agreement:
"The resolution reached today is in the best interests of the Steubenville community as the area continues to heal and move forward," said Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine. "Ms. Gorman will be part of the work that is being done in Steubenville to educate students and school officials about the seriousness of sexual assault and the need to report these incidents.
"We want something positive to come out of this tragedy.
"The interests of the community are served by having the principal acknowledge that she should have done things differently. And, she acknowledges how very important it is to report child abuse and neglect. This will make a difference in the future. The reality is that because the charge was a fourth degree misdemeanor, and she has no prior record, had this case gone to trial, the most that could possibly come out of this is that she would have been sentenced to a short amount of jail time, with no acknowledgement that she did things wrong and no ability to move forward."
Malik Richmond Released From Juvenile Prison after Serving Full Sentence
Ma'lik Richmond, one of the Steubenville boys found delinquent for the August 2012 rape of a 16 year old West Virgninia girl has been released from a juvenile detention facility following the completion of a one year sentence imposed upon him by visiting judge Thomas Lipps back in March. Richmond's sentence was to include time served for his house arrest between August and November 2012.
His co defendant, Trent mays received one year (including time served) for the rape of the girl, as well as an additional year sentence for distributing naked photos of the victim from his cell phone.
Both Teens also received a Tier II Teen Sex Offender Classification in which both teens wil have to register as sex offender every 6months for the next 20 years, but their names will not appear on any registry unlike adult offenders. Both Mays and Richmond have the option to petition the courts to fully remove their Tier II classification following the serving of their sentences and based on their rehabilitation.
Richmond's Attorney, Walter Madison released this statement to media over the weekend on behalf of his client and family:

Ma'lik Richmond was back in court this morning to learn that he must register as a Teen Tier II sexual offender just like his co-defendant in the rape of a 16 year old girl, Trent Mays. (click the link for related story)
According to the Ohio Bar Association, a Tier 2 offender "includes those who have been convicted of offenses such as gross sexual imposition with a victim under 13 years old, pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor when the offender is four or more years older than the victim. Adult offenders must register every 180 days for 25 years; juvenile offenders must register for 20 years."
Did Ky Anonymous/Deric Lostutter purposely mislead the Steubenville protesters?

It's been almost 5 months since Trent Mays and Malik Richmond began serving their sentences for their role in the rape of a 16 year old girl. It has been about 8 months since Ky Anonymous and someone known only at the time as Bat Cat launched #oprollredroll in Steubenville, Ohio by bringing international media attention to this case. The anonymous crusaders dropped bombshell after bombshell of information to the public and media.
The methods used by Deric Lostutter (Ky) and Noah Mchugh(Bat Cat) were unorthodox, at times illegal, and questionable often leaking false information picked up and carried the world over by the media. Lostutter's plan was to weaponize the media supposedly to demand justice for the 16 year old rape victim. Using the formula of often false information, and some truthful facts, Lostutter succeeded in his goals.
But at what cost does waging a moral war for a just cause pay when it's started and fueled by mostly lies, and rumors with very little facts?
I've had the last 5 months to go over all my files and notes from the case as well as archived tweets from Deric, Bat Cat and many others, I have uncovered a pattern of inconsistences, bold faced lies, and contradictions put out by the "White Knight" of anonymous. As well as recent inconsistencies and contradictions made by Lostutter to which when i ask questions on this,my questions are deflected, or I am flat out told I have been bought out by a group the twitterverse calls The Steubenville Truthers (If I was paid off, I certainly would not be homelss living in a cave down by a Pittsburgh River, or be penniless as I struggle to continue to bring you the news.)
