The Legendary Blue Grass artist Sam Bush Performing at the 3 Rivers Arts Fest
After playing the Pittsburgh 3 Rivers Arts Festival, and a wonderful performance by the legendary Sam Bush, String Life Shelf Band rocked the stage at the Rex Theatre with Cabinet for a Blue Grass after party in front of a max capacity audience.
My only regret is running out of room on my sim card to catch the superjam between Cabinet and Shelf Life String band in which a awesome cover of Creep was performed
Very shaky video...apologies for that

We Once had a Dream Called Occupy Wall Street #6:
I’m looking back, you know? Sometimes it’s clear, and sometimes, the haze settles on a little too thick two recall. The past, though, the recalling of it keeps following me. So I feel I need to keep working on this, even if I never finish it. First, the person who suggested the General Assembly, wasn’t named John, he was named Isham. I recently got the “Okay” to use his name, and by recently, I mean months ago. Now, I want to note that all the important people of OWS were not at that meeting. By important I mean most of the self-described founders, and makers, every book seller—the grabers, micahs, justine’s, and justins. Everyone who seemingly catapulted themselves into some sort of notoriety wasn’t at that meeting. And maybe that doesn’t matter. I don’t think a meeting starts a movement, shit I don’t even think the internet starts a movement. I sort of always fall back to the people, and at least at that time, the people, weren’t those people.

Brad Pitt and Plan B buy rights to inaccurate Rolling Stone Article about Deric Lostutter and Steubenville Rape Case
It was recently announced that Brad Pitt and Plan B purchased the rights to a November Rolling Stone article about Deric Lostutter and his role in the Steubenville Rape Case. The problem is, the Rolling Stone article is not factual.
I indeed a movie were to be made about Lostutter based on the Rolling Stone article, it would glorify Lostutter based on his own words (NOT FACTS) and barely touch on the facts of the Steubenville rape case.
Facts like both Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond were arrested and prosecuted as adults (Later kicked down to juvenile courts) in August 2012. Lostutter and "Anonymous" didn't get involved in the case until December 2012, 4 months after the legal proceedings had already occured.
Rolling Stone claims Lostutter broke the case open leading to charges of the boys, which is utter bullshit based on the facts.
What the Rolling Stone Article failed to mention was Lostutter's constant fame fagging on the back of a 16 year old rape victim, his fake stay in a rehab facility to garner sympathy and donations, The fact that Lostuttter did nothing but spread lies, rumors and falsehoods to garner international attention in the rape case, targeted innocent individuals both adults and children resulting in constant death threats to said innocents, and in fact hindered he investigation while getting immunity for those who could have been prosecuted for the rape, and failure to report a crime, and/or distribution of child porn by those who took pictures of the victim back in august in states of undress. because of Lostutter those individuals will never see charges.

Seth Fluharty, The 3rd of six who were previously indicted during a special grand jury investigation into the infamous Steubenville Rape Case, as well as an April 2012 alleged rape had his day in court. (The April 2012 alleged rape was investigated twice,<once y law enforcement, and secondly by the Steubenville Special Grand Jury> and was deemed no criminal activity beyond the indictments or that a rape had occured due to a lack of evidence.)
