if you vote ...
tonight is the next to the last debate before this year's elections, on november 6th, and those who watch will watch two men, puppets of an oligarchy, parading as democracy. these two will battle each other with wit and rhetoric and double-speak and a public relations agenda which means none of the real issues will be addressed. it is, in short free face time for two candidates who have risen to the top of the stack beneath a mound of dollar bills ... let's face it folks, the elephant and the ass are window dressing, to pacify an always already too pacifist public into believing in the myth of their political freedom.
there are more parties in the united states than the demoncrats and repugnantcans. if you vote obamney or you vote romnama, you don't get to choose the lesser of two evils. truth is: you end up with one of two evils ... the chess pieces of the corporate oligarchs.
there are so many other parties here in the united states ... and so many other candidates who have been excluded from the conversation and the debate. this happens on a regional as well as a national level. in west vriginia, jesse johnson, a gubernatorial candidate of the recognized mountain party, was excluded from the debate held in charleston last week.
i don't vote. i won't vote. i lost faith in the system back in 2000, with the chad debacle and al gore not being willing to be a sore enough loser to keep up the good fight 'til every last hanging chad was counted, and every registered vote was accounted for.
that's a problem with our culture in general ... not enough folks are willing to stand up and fight for what is just ... so we all are being served our just dessert ... while times get leaner, the wealthy grow meaner ... orchestrating a corporatocracy, in a democratic republic that is feeding off the little people
what if they had an election and EVERY CITIZEN abstained?
since i know this won't happen, i would like to remind everyone out there, that just as there are countless parties to vote for on election day, a ballot can be used as a viable means of expressing your dissatisfaction with the current state of governance ... the WRITE IN vote is a long standing tradition, and while it is forbidden in seven states, it is an effective means for expressing dissent.
i would like to encourage folks to write in "Vermin Supreme", who is running on the democratic ticket this year. he lies to us point blank and admits to it, which is refreshing. so what, if there are no ponies? i've watched the man in action, and can attest to his skills in negotiating the police state, which is a much needed skill with obama's signing of NDAA 2012 and HR347, and re-signing of the Patriot Act, which cumulatively leave u.s. citizens with crippled first amendment rights and a possibility for permanent detention without charges or trial.
since diebold machines are infinitely programmable entities, and easily hacked, go ahead and exercise your write, erm, i mean right to vote!
... when you enter into your local polling station, be sure to speak with the staff there. let them know that you will be exercising your right to participate with at least one write in vote, and ask them to explain the process. then, when you slip into the polling booth, choose any of a number of write-ins chosen from your perusal of the information above ... or write in yourself (name, and address), or nobody ... and last, but not least, my reason for writing this whole blog in the first place; consider registering "dissent" to the corrupt process by voting "no confidence".
be sure to look at the "no confidence" voting web site here it's worth a shot, to collectively throw this election...
to crawl inside of diebold click here (2011 annual report)...
