Using the web site is pretty straightforward. Like all sites, you click, you listen, view, or read, and you make use of the contents as you like. And regarding posts to the site, there are just a few simple norms to abide.

Sexism, racism, and classism, are not acceptable. Flooding the site with content - commenting on piece after piece with the same basic message, is not acceptable. Hounding a person, so to speak, is not acceptable. Posting blogs so frequently and often as to crowd out others from being visible is not acceptable. Repeatedly tagging everything you post with your name or company is not acceptable you have a profile for that. Repeatedly tagging everything you post as independent media is not acceptable, tags should reflect the topics of the post. IT IS ALL independent media.
